Why we exist
The pace of professional life has made development something we increasingly put off. Between meetings, emails, tight deadlines and changing priorities, little room remains to practice a new skill, prepare for a different role or strengthen your leadership skills.
Our observation is this: people need a structure that connects development to everyday life more than they need more content. Sometimes that means a three-minute lesson.
