In our first live workshop, we will work on real professional development questions rather than prepared slides. Together, we will frame short situations submitted by members, identify which skill to work on first and create a small plan to apply the following week.
Pro members will have priority for questions; Plus members will have access to the recording.
Agenda
- 0-10 min: Opening, goals and selecting a topic
- 10-35 min: Role goal and skill map for the first member question
- 35-60 min: Communication, visibility and a development plan for the second member question
- 60-90 min: Q&A and participants’ own action notes
